The Gender and Women's Research Network's CoRe office organized and carried out the Gender-Conference 2011 „Geschlechtergerechtigkeit an Hochschulen – Erfordernisse und Empfehlungen" (Developments of Universities, Practices of Gender Equity, Scientific Careers – Potentials & Perspectives), to which the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) has invited. It took place on 22 September 2011 in Duesseldorf.
