As the Central Equal Opportunities Officer of Heinrich Heine University and spokesperson of LaKof NRW, I have broad experience in the field of strategic planning and implementation of equal opportunities measures at universities.

Appointment officers act as process observers and help to ensure that appointment procedures at universities are formally correct. With my many years of expertise, I support the appointment committees in making a gender- and diversity-sensitive selection of the best candidates.
