Vita

Since October 2020 Kerstin Ettl is Professor for Management, with a special focus on Gender and Diversity at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences. Previously she was a Juniorprofessor for Entrepreneurial Diversity and SME Management at the University of Siegen.

Her research fields include a wide range of management-related topics focussing on Entrepreneurship and the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), linked to questions about Gender and Diversity. Therefore she pays special attention to Entrepreneurial Diversity, Diversity Management in SMEs and the Interplay of Diversity, Innovation and Corporate Development.
